ESR联合创始人兼联席首席执行官沈晋初与Stuart Gibson表示："我们很高兴获选为MSCI香港指数成份股之一，展现出ESR的长期投资价值。此次纳入同时证明ESR与广大国际投资者的紧密关系，而我们以轻资产方式建立的稳健业务基础亦得到认可。"

 

MSCI指数作为全球股票市场的基准，涵盖具有卓越经营业绩及稳健潜力的公司。选定股票须符合一系列标准，包括市值、资金流动性及自由流通量。

 

是次宣布紧随ESR于香港联合交易所主板上市的一周年志庆。集团于上市后持续优秀表现，于2020年上半年，集团在租赁、集资及开发项目竣工各方面均取得破纪录的佳绩。截至2020年6月30日，在其中国、澳洲及韩国平台的稳健集资能力支持下，ESR的资产管理规模按年增长31.1%至265亿美元。ESR的资产负债表保持强劲，于2020年6月30日，集团持有现金及银行结余约10亿美元，资产负债比率保持于28.6%的低水平。
