凭藉气派非凡的皇家园林特色，雅致怡人的自然风景及别具风格的外观，皇家SPA酒店由中国旅游协会温泉旅游分会、重庆市温泉旅游行业协会在二零二零年十一月主办的第七届中国温泉旅游推广季系列活动暨中国第三届温泉与气候养生旅游国际研讨会中，荣获"中国星级温泉"酒店殊荣，获颁发"中国五星级温泉"牌匾。

 

温泉旅游企业星级评定标准以原国家旅游局发布的《温泉旅游企业星级划分与评定》（LB/T016-2017）为参考，规定温泉旅游企业的星级划分条件、服务质量和运营规范的要求，并根据总体要求、温泉水区、房务、餐饮、其他服务项目、公共及后勤区域等评价内容，将温泉企业划分为一至五星级，五星级为最高。

 

皇家SPA酒店坐落于国家AAAA级旅游景区古兜温泉小镇内，拥有6家主题酒店的温泉小镇，除皇家SPA酒店，还有月泉湖居酒店、湖景金熙酒店、乐活城酒店、山海温泉酒店以及温泉别墅酒店。小镇除了最大的温泉区--拥有62个公共温泉池的温泉谷外，还有山泉水世界星球银河滩、玻璃桥、环湖游船以及登山缆车等休闲游乐设施。
