恒隆地产副董事长陈文博先生对获奖的同事和团队予以祝贺,他表示:〝前线员工是公司与顾客,以及社群之间不可或缺的桥梁,通过前线员工时刻展现 '以客为尊'的服务态度,向持份者传递我们的愿景、使命和价值。今年的'绿宝石客户服务奖'得奖者都身体力行,做到'只选好的 只做对的',为顾客带来恒隆独有的品牌体验,以优质服务缔造优享生活。〞 〝绿宝石客户服务奖〞两个个案得主在颁奖典礼获加冕,他们是来自香港康兰居及天津恒隆广场,分别担任宾客服务及环卫保洁岗位。得奖个案包括救回一名有长期病患的独居长者生命,以及积极协助摄影爱好者完成拍摄作品。两个〝绿宝石客户服务奖〞和三个优异奖个案在面对不同处境时均展现出卓越的服务水平,彰显举办恒隆〝绿宝石客户服务奖〞的目的——〝以客为尊〞的服务宗旨及〝多做一点 前瞻一里〞的服务承诺。 恒隆地产行政总裁卢韦柏先生表示:〝我们为今年的'绿宝石客户服务奖'得主感到自豪。尽管2019冠状病毒病疫情持续地为香港及内地带来挑战,但我们的员工仍能恪守品牌服务承诺,继续'以客为尊',从客户的角度了解他们的需要,提供适切的协助。〞 除了提供卓越的客户服务,恒隆亦关爱社会。公司透过社区投资计划如〝智爱无垠〞认知友善计划,将〝多做一点 前瞻一里〞精神延伸至社区。其中,公司与香港基督教女青年会合作,为前线员工提供认知障碍症的服务培训课程,让他们了解认知障碍症人士的需要,并掌握相关知识和技能,为有需要人士提供优质服务。
