香港 - Media OutReach - 2022年9月7日 - 华懋集团(下称 「集团」)今天宣布,与Helical Plc落实协议,购入位于伦敦科技产业新枢纽、租赁产权为期150年的Kaleidoscope办公大楼,作价1.585 亿英镑,楼宇资本价值达每平方英尺1,789英镑。 伦敦运输局于2018年授予Helical Plc租赁产权,并收取合约租金一成为地租。 交易会于十天内完成。 这项投资为集团首个海外收购项目,将有助进一步推动多元化业务和可持续发展的策略方向。 华懋集团与Helical落实协议 以1.585亿英镑购入伦敦办公大楼 于2019年竣工的Kaleidoscope办公大楼,楼高六层,面积达88 ,580平方英尺,坐落于横贯铁路法灵顿(Farrington)东站。 该区以完善的交通网络,吸引不少科技企业进驻; 巨擘如亚马逊(Amazon) 及Snapchat的英国总部,亦是近在咫尺。 Kaleidoscope现时由字节跳动旗下的短片分享平台Tiktok,由2021年3月起全幢租用,租约期为15年,每年租金逾763万英镑(每平方英尺平均租金逾86英镑)。 大楼设计优越,已获BREEAM Excellent、WiredScore Platinum等绿色建筑和智能设计认证,并提供约5,000平方英尺的屋顶平台及结合荷兰艺术家 De Makers Van 作品的设施。 华懋集团执行董事及行政总裁蔡宏兴表示:「我们对能成功购入Kaleidoscope感到欣喜。 这个物业位于伦敦市其中之一最具活力动感和浓厚文化气息的区域,物业市场租金增长理想。 我们计划持有此物业作长线投资。」 蔡宏兴续称:「继这次购入伦敦物业,往后我们会增加在其他世界级城市的投资,以达致业务多元化和带来具靟性的长远收益。 香港仍会是集团的基地,以及业务营运的核心市场。」 按下载高解像图片。 Hashtag: #华懋集团 #Helical
