澳门 - Media OutReach - 2023年7月19日 - 澳门新濠集团今天为其跨地域的尊尚晚宴系列"新濠风尚"呈献:2023黑珍珠钻级餐厅巡宴揭开新一页,宣布将分别于9月及10月举行两场不可多得的四手盛会。继6月及7月的首两回晚宴迅速售罄后,新濠天地摩珀斯酒店的风雅厨伙拍深圳Voisin Organique餐厅的飨宴将于9月23及24 日瞩目登场,而澳门新濠锋天政与北京高仓摩登割烹亦将于10月28及29日举办令人引颈以待的联乘晚宴。第三及第四回盛宴之门票定于7月26日(星期三)起公开发售,"新濠风尚"微信会员更独家专享9折优惠。

"新濠风尚"呈献:2023 黑珍珠钻级餐厅巡宴荣获澳门特别行政区政府旅游局作为支持单位,史无前例地于今年至2024年间带来共十回珍馐盛会,邀请内地多家2023黑珍珠钻级餐厅前来澳门与新濠天地、新濠影汇以及新濠锋的著名食府携手打造涵盖多个不同菜系的四手晚宴。此非凡的盛宴系列藉由澳门与内地城市餐饮业界难能可贵的合作,让宾客们发掘及品尝中国各地特色佳肴,同时推广澳门作为联合国教科文组织"创意城市美食之都"的美誉,并进一步巩固其餐飨目的地之地位。 巡宴系列的第三场盛事"雅钻华法汇"将迎来新濠天地摩珀斯酒店的北欧风法馔餐厅风雅厨,联乘来自深圳的黑珍珠一钻Voisin Organique,后者主打"农场到餐桌"的中式料理并设有一自家有机农场。此五道菜的晚宴将于9月23(星期六)及24日(星期日)于风雅厨举办,每位正价澳门币1,688* 元,当中包括由风雅厨总厨Michel Kristensen与Voisin Organique行政总厨岳巍共同出品的西班牙红虾、Osciètre金鱼子酱与白珍珠生蚝、绍兴黄酒、青苹果,以及羊肚菌及松茸挞、鲜蘑菇、松叶粉、白朱古力、香梨蓉;风雅厨的布列塔尼龙虾、野杂菜、蘑菇清汤,以及慢煮和牛肋骨、腌白芦笋、黑松露;还有Voisin Organique的野生多宝鱼柳、焖椰菜、潮式菜脯等。 巡宴系列的第四章"和锋钻极宴"由承传东京天妇罗总店技艺的澳门新濠锋天政之总厨野口武则及来自北京的黑珍珠一钻日本餐厅高仓摩登割烹之行政总厨长濑龙哉于10月28(星期六)及29日(星期日)合力呈奉。仅此两天的六道菜晚膳每位正价澳门币2,488* 元,让宾客大快朵颐地品尝日本直送时令食材,如天政的蓝鳍吞拿鱼腩、金目鲷、鲛鲽鱼与虎虾刺身;竹虾、沙追鱼、京都巨型玉蕈菇以及黑松露鹿儿岛县和牛牛柳天妇罗;还有高仓的薄切鲷鱼配秋季野菜,以及高仓寿司卷配海胆、蓝鳍吞拿鱼腩泥、鱼子酱、三文鱼子配日本蛋黄。 由新濠影汇米其林一星粤菜厅玥龙轩与苏州柏悦酒店黑珍珠一钻餐厅西洲轩联手呈献的第二章:"珍馐瑰宝"于上周末(7月15及16日)圆满结束。席上宾客均品尝了由玥龙轩行政总厨黄炜皓与西洲轩酒店行政副总厨虞晓祥共同精心设计的六道菜菜单,当中揉合了两家餐厅的经典招牌菜与全新隐藏菜式,展示了独特的粤菜和淮扬菜味道。 巡宴系列余下之六场四手盛宴将于2024年初开始陆续登场,详情将容后揭晓。查询及订座风雅厨联乘Voisin Organique之晚宴,请致电 (853) 8868 3436或浏览www.cityofdreamsmacau.com/sc/offer/melco-style-chapter-three-a-chinese-and-french-extravaganza、天政联乘高仓‧摩登割烹之晚宴请致电 (853) 2886 8868或浏览www.altiramacau.com/sc/special-offers/melco-style-chapter4-a-cutting-edge-japaenese-feast。此两场晚宴的门票将于7月26日(星期三)起公开发售,预订时需缴付全费。"新濠风尚"微信会员会籍详情及专享礼遇优惠等可于www.cityofdreamsmacau.com/sc/melcostyle 查阅。
