李锦记为大赛指定酱料 全球160位精英厨师参与竞逐殊荣

马来西亚古晋 - Media OutReach - 2023年9月8日 - 由世界粤菜厨皇协会主办,李锦记赞助的「第四届世界粤菜厨皇大赛」于9月4日至6日在马来西亚砂拉越城市古晋举行。是次比赛云集全球20多个国家和地区超过160位精英厨师参与,以各款李锦记酱料烹调粤菜竞逐殊荣,旨在推动世界粤菜厨艺的发展和交流。
参赛厨师巧妙运用李锦记酱料创作别出心裁的粤菜菜式
李锦记获委任为大赛指定酱料供应商,为参赛厨师提供一系列李锦记优质酱料以炮制参赛菜式。李锦记更赞助中国香港及马来西亚厨师代表队,共20位厨师参与是次比赛,与其他参赛厨师互相切磋学习,让业界彼此认识和交流,提升粤菜水平。
比赛于9月5日至6日举行,超过160位来自马来西亚、中国内地及港澳台地区、澳洲、荷兰、日本、韩国、新加坡、英国及美国等地的中餐厨师,巧妙运用李锦记的酱料及调味品,创作粤菜作品。由12位具影响力的环球中餐名厨组成评审团,就参赛作品的味道、烹调技巧、外观及食物卫生评分,选出十位「粤菜厨皇」。
李锦记企业事务执行副总裁孔君道先生表示,李锦记135年来一直以发扬中华优秀饮食文化为使命,积极推动全球中餐业,尤其是粤菜的发展与交流。此次鼎力赞助大赛,希望各队作品在李锦记酱料的辅助下,能更加充分呈现粤菜的细致美味,向世界推广粤菜文化,薪火相传。
比赛期间,李锦记更联同香港名厨陈国强大师,以李锦记旧庄特级蚝油炮制鲍鱼,供到场观赏比赛的民众试食并分享入厨心得,反应热烈。李锦记马来西亚团队于会场内亦特设展位及多场试味会,邀请了过百位在古晋市的餐饮业界代表出席,借此加深他们对李锦记经典产品和新酱料产品的了解及应用。
