New York City’s Largest Silent Disco Returning to South Street Seaport for Memorial Day Weekend

Sound Off Expects 1,000 Headset-Wearing Dancers for #SilentSeaport; Event Features Jasmine Solano (May 22), The Jane Doze (May 23), and Sound Off DJs

NEW YORK CITY, New York – May 15, 2015 – Sound Off, a global wireless headphone event production company, today announced a return to Manhattan’s South Street Seaport for a two-engagement event on Memorial Day Weekend (May 22-23, 2015).

Expected to be the largest silent disco in New York City, #SilentSeaport will feature headliner sets from MTV host and DJ Jasmine Solano (May 22) and The Jane Doze, a NY-based EDM duo. Sound Off’s resident DJ trio, S3, will also be spinning for the crowd.

Silent discos require no amplified sound, letting attendees use wireless headsets to tune in to as many as three channels of audio at a range of 200 yards. #SilentSeaport attendees will have the option of dancing to their choice of sets being played simultaneously by S3 during the beginning portion of the night; headlining acts will deliver a high-energy, single-channel closing set.

#SilentSeaport will take place at the South Street Seaport, located at the intersection of Fulton and Water street in New York City from 8 p.m. – 12 a.m. on May 22^nd and May 23^rd. Presale tickets can be purchased online at Sound Off's event page: $20 for pre-sale single admission, $75 for a party of four. General admission tickets are $25 at the door the day of the event, if available.
