香港 - Media OutReach - 2023年1月30日 - 华懋集团（下称 「集团」）今天宣布，与英国房地产投资信托基金Landsec落实合约交换协议，完成收购位于伦敦中心地带的顶级办公大楼One New Street Square，作价3.495亿英镑。其可租用面积为276,502平方尺，每平方尺资本价值达1,264英镑。 One New Street Square

在2016年落成的 One New Street Square，由全球四大会计事务所之一的德勤全栋承租，租约期至2036年。目前每年净额租金约1,680万英镑。此物业落成时是全球首栋同时获得BREEAM杰出 (Outstanding)及WELL金级认证的大楼，采用亲自然设计，将6,300棵植物、1,500平方尺垂直绿化外墙、园艺设计的露天平台及其他环保设施融入大楼。 继去年9月以1.585亿英镑购入位于法灵顿（Farrington）的 Kaleidoscope 办公大楼，是次交易为集团于4个月内购入的第二栋顶尖伦敦商厦。两项物业相距少于1公里，所处区域正逐渐成为伦敦市内汇聚法律、新科技、媒体、电讯及其他跨国企业的核心地带。 华懋集团执行董事兼行政总裁蔡宏兴表示：「我们很高兴成功收购One New Street Square的业权。此物业位处伦敦中部核心区域，具有一流的建筑规格，并可带来可观回报。是次收购为集团扩展业务的重要一步，我们打算持有此物业作长期投资。」 蔡宏兴续称：「香港仍会是集团的基地及核心市场；同时我们正计划逐步增加在其他主要国际级城市的投资，以达致业务多元化和带来具韧性的长远收益。」 Hashtag: #华懋集团
