在2016年落成的 One New Street Square,由全球四大会计事务所之一的德勤全栋承租,租约期至2036年。目前每年净额租金约1,680万英镑。此物业落成时是全球首栋同时获得BREEAM杰出 (Outstanding)及WELL金级认证的大楼,采用亲自然设计,将6,300棵植物、1,500平方尺垂直绿化外墙、园艺设计的露天平台及其他环保设施融入大楼。 继去年9月以1.585亿英镑购入位于法灵顿(Farrington)的 Kaleidoscope 办公大楼,是次交易为集团于4个月内购入的第二栋顶尖伦敦商厦。两项物业相距少于1公里,所处区域正逐渐成为伦敦市内汇聚法律、新科技、媒体、电讯及其他跨国企业的核心地带。 华懋集团执行董事兼行政总裁蔡宏兴表示:「我们很高兴成功收购One New Street Square的业权。此物业位处伦敦中部核心区域,具有一流的建筑规格,并可带来可观回报。是次收购为集团扩展业务的重要一步,我们打算持有此物业作长期投资。」 蔡宏兴续称:「香港仍会是集团的基地及核心市场;同时我们正计划逐步增加在其他主要国际级城市的投资,以达致业务多元化和带来具韧性的长远收益。」 Hashtag: #华懋集团
