新加坡- Media OutReach - 2016年10月21日 - 安富利公司（纽交所股票代码：AVT）今日宣布，公司已经按每股£1.85，总价约合£6.91亿的价格完成对Premier Farnell plc （ "Premier Farnell"）的全现金收购。本次收购得到了Premier Farnell占99.9%投票权股东审议通过及各级监管机构批准。预计本次交易会直接为公司增加收益，企业合并一旦完成，每年将由协同效应实现约7千万至8千万美元的收益。
