香港，中国 - Media OutReach - 2017年2月14日 - 盈德气体集团有限公司（「盈德气体」或「本集团」；股份代号：02168）宣布日前集团董事长赵项题先生与Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.（「空气产品」）董事长、首席执行官兼总裁Seifollah Ghasemi先生及团队于集团上海办事处举行会议，向空气产品介绍最新的公司业务进展和计划。

集团亦宣布成立独立董事委员会，就空气产品潜在要约（「潜在要约」）的尽职调查程序安排进行讨论。独立董事委员会主席及成员亦有出席会议，双方的专业团队正展开对接工作，并且积极推进尽职调查工作。在会议上，空气产品就盈德气体现管理层对尽职调查的支持表示感谢，同时很高兴能与现管理层就潜在空气产品要约进行多次紧密沟通。

 

此外，盈德气体宣布于二零一七年二月十日委任摩根士丹利亚洲偶限公司「摩根士丹利」为公司财务顾问，以协助公司及董事会评估潜在要约及其他潜在战略代替方案（其中包括其他潜在要约）。

 

盈德气体董事长赵项题先生表示：「本人代表董事会欢迎空气产品董事长Seifollah Ghasemi先生亲临公司拜访，了解公司的业务运作和未来计划，并感谢空气产品对现管理层的支持。会谈取得有建设性的共识和实际进展，双方同意在和平友善的基础上展开合作和紧密沟通，并积极推进尽职调查工作。现管理层将从企业长远可持续发展及全体股东利益出发，致力体现公司的实际投资价值，为股东谋求最大回报。」
