Culinary Dropout Cooks Up Prix Fixe Menus for Three Square Food Bank’s Restaurant Week to Fight Hunger in Southern Nevada

Las Vegas – Culinary Dropout, located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, is heating up the kitchen during Three Square Food Bank’s annual Restaurant Week with prix fixe menus available for lunch and dinner from Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 26.
Dedicated to fighting hunger, Three Square Food Bank’s annual event encourages Las Vegas foodies to dine out for a cause. This year, Culinary Dropout has teamed up with the local nonprofit by serving up two three-course specialty menus featuring menu favorites in an effort to encourage the community to give back through the culinary arts.
Specialty lunch menu available for $20.15 per person includes:
Appetizer
Choice of Yesterday’s Soup
House Salador
Soft Pretzels and Provolone Fondue
Entrée
Choice of Gorgonzola Chicken Salad with smoked almonds and shaved apples drizzled in sour cherry vinaigrette
Italian Chopped Salad piled with salami, turkey pastrami, ham, pickled vegetables, provolone, couscous and Italian dressing
The Pub Burger with havarti cheese, bacon and topped with house BBQ sauce or
Turkey Pastrami served on a pretzel bun with Swiss cheese and coleslaw
Dessert
Choice of Bourbon Black Bottom Pie with chocolate ganache and graham crackers or
Salted Caramel Custard served over caramel corn

Choice of Fried Chicken with a buttermilk biscuit and drizzled with honey

Tax and gratuity are not included. Culinary Dropout is open seven days a week: Monday – Friday from 11 a.m. to close, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to close. Reservations can be made in person or by calling (702) 522-8100.
